BRINGING HOPE AND RENEWAL TO IRAQI REFUGEES IN JORDAN
Since 2015, American FRRME has been committed to supporting displaced and persecuted Iraqi refugees in Jordan.
Forced to flee their homeland, many refugees have endured unimaginable trauma. Even years later, they continue to struggle with the lasting effects of displacement, including anxiety, depression and emotional scars.
Through humanitarian aid, development initiatives, food relief and sustainable long-term programs, we have provided not only immediate support but also the tools for healing, stability and renewed hope.
THE OLIVE TREE CENTER: A Sanctuary of Hope and Empowerment for Refugees
Recognizing the growing refugee community in Madaba, Jordan, we established The Olive Tree Center in 2019—a safe haven designed to foster resilience, healing and empowerment. At the Olive Tree Center, they find not only support but also a renewed sense of purpose, hope and faith.
Run by local staff, volunteers and refugees themselves, the Center offers sustainable and transformative programs that provide education, vocational training and emotional healing. It is more than just a community center; it is a place where refugees can reclaim dignity, rebuild their lives and embrace new opportunities.
